He is running a gt71r elim. Like said before, 2 differnt animals. The tq numbers and spool is totally differnt.

a journal bearing turbo is you best bet. They are both cheap and safe for the tranny and rods

if i were you, i would get a .48 50 trim. the 71r elim with all supporting mods made 243 AWHP @18psi and then later the guy made 265 AWHP (might have been corrected?). A 50 trim will give you more power than this and a much better powerband. not to mention cheaper

Something like that, with the T3 inlet, 5 bolt outlet, and a .48 a/r?

What about getting it tuned, does anybody do any T3/T4 applications?

You can get them for $625 elsewhere. You also want the 4bolt outlet and stg 3 turbine.

.48 for faster spool
.63 for more power

yes and a 630cc tune would be good. i'd recommend CTapp or Uni
