Default Tire question/ What should I mod next.

I have a 99 wagon. Mods below. Motor has 211k on it. What should I put on it next. Also I want wider tires. I dont know the width of my rim. But its a 17inch i would imagine 7 or 8 inch I dont know wheels very well. I included my best pic. I want to stuff something wide on there.

I would like to keep the rims I have Im not sure yet I may go with 18s or 20s because a place has them here for dirt cheap. I can get some nice name brand 20s for less than 500 bucks.

Yes low if def a consideration.

i dont know how avant tail lights are set up, but you could do a dual rear fog mod, independant fog mod, headliner, stereo, vac system simplication, polish your engine up, stickers =D

18 or 19s.... 20's are a lil much, imo. how wide of a wheel you can go depends on the offset.

One of my favorite mods for Avants is shaved roof rails. Unless you need them to carry things, of course.

You gotta rip out the headliner and unbolt them from the bottom, then plug up the holes with something, preferably not bondo, smarty pants

"offset" is a measurement of the distance between the center line of a wheel and the inner surface that contacts the hub on your car. For reference, the skinny wheels drag racers put on the front of their cars have (almost) no offset, but the back wheels of BMW's often have a large offset.

The reason this is important is that you have to find the correct offset to achieve the stance and look you want without rubbing on your fenders or suspension parts.

Plenty more available from the Google Machine
