Default tires go seperate ways

So I had to replace my spindles because I had extra spindles and my wheel bearings were out. Well I put everything back together and my right tire was faced a bit to the right and left was straight. ..wtf... Not drivable. Should I just adjust my tie rod on that side?

That happened when I replace my tie rods (all 4 -inner and outer).

It's probably from not having the steering wheel locked when the car was in air.

I did exactly what you're thinking about doing and it worked well.

Adjust your outer tie rods and eyeball the alignment well enough to get it to an alignment shop.

You should be fine.
