Default Total Brake Malfunction

If anyone can help that would be great. I have a 1997 a4 quattro 2.8L. A few days ago I was driving my car and my brake pedal went to the floor with no response and I had to pump the brakes to get them back. This happened two times then I parked the vehicle for the night. The next day after fairly extended driving I went to make a stop and the brakes were automatically locked without touching the pedal. Brake pedal was hard and vehicle wouldn't go over 15mph. I parked for several hours and when I went to move it there was total break loss with the pedal hitting the floor with no response and not being able to pump them back. This is my wife's car and it is currently parked at her work while I drive her and my three kids everywhere...I have a limited budget, please help diagnose my problem. Thank You.

I checked the fluids and they are all fine. Not the codes, sorry.

I had the master cylinder replaced but it could be the brake booster. Do you think that it could be the vacuum seal hose? I have heard that they are pretty cheap and will collapse. Thanks for the input..
