Default troubles on my a4 (bogging out and backfire)

hey ive posted before and havent really got the help i needed but i just want to keep trying to see if anyone new sees these.
anyways i have an a4 fwd 1.8t with remus exhaust and apr chipwith about 95k and if i floor it at about 3-4k rpms it bogs out and even at high rpms you can hear and feel it backfire.
it just began to happen. i think its my sparksbecause ive been running a couple different octanes once in a while but does anyone else have any other ideas.
and i also wanted to know how do you know when your turbo is out?
my turbo doesnt kick as hard as it did before and it sounds like its leaking. everytime it wraps around is sounds like something is hanging on it. hard to explain.
thanks

Possible boost leak.
Spark Plug gap wrong.
When did this problem start?

Default Bone stock Audi with troubles

Hi guys. This is my first time posting, but here it goes. I have a bone stock 5speed 2000 A4 1.8t. At low rpm... Actually any rpm really, it bogs out and backfires and I lose a great deal of power. The CEL is not on, but it is very irritating and sometimes dangerous as I would be turning in an intersection and the car won't go anywhere. I literally have to rev it up and then come off the clutch a second time to get it moving. Please someone help me!
