Default turbo kick in and out

I'm a noobi to turbos so needing veteran help. I got my engine replace and turbo with junk yard one . But both came out of a car with only 60000 miles and mine has 180000. Anyways I feel boost here and there and now recently while driving. I'll punch it and it starts to jerk and cel flashes a bit and goes off. Scanned codes and its p0300 p0301 p0302 their miss firing but what could b the problem I know sometimes one simple thing can throw a bunch of stuff off so Audi vets narrow it down please or any ideas Im a DIY person thanks.

Change your plugs and see if the problem persists. Could be an icm or old coil packs if new plugs doesn't fix it.

Thanks but I checked the gap in them and they were like at .04 so I gapped them down to .32 should I go lower. And also when I punch it around 3 grand or higher it makes a thump noise like a cold air intake would sound like its right on my fire wall? Anything?

Still getting the same thumping sound when shifting gears with the psshh sound cleaned MAF while cleaning found that the MAF hose to the turbo inlet was busted rite where the hose clamp goes replaced still checked vacuum line sayin running to lean so I thought vacuum leak as I was looking looked at vacuum line diagram under the hood and found that the solenoids under the intake manifold was not rite the one further to the fire wall only wasn't supposed to have a vacuum line coming out of it towards the back of it the side closer to the water and windshield resavoirs. And the one closer to the timing belt had one so I fix that nope still same problems still thumping still kick-in in and out of boost. Just one other question if my fuel pressure is to low will it make it run to lean cause I know if to high pressure makes it run Rich? OK one more can my external wastegate port the thing thats bolted between the turbo and the catalytic converter I think it that's what it is can b wrong and probably will b but don't that thing have like a flap or something that can b going bad or is it the actuator?? Help me out just brain storming hit me back guys ready to fell the full power of the car and not get teased every now and then when I punch it. Never now when its going to work.
