well... you need lowers, front bumper, painted rear, wheels (BTW those aren't S4 wheels), side view mirrors, springs and shocks, andd then the interior if you really want to get legit.
I think that covers most of it

yea interior is fine.no changes needed.the lowers is a easy DIY. as with rear. i need suspension and wheels and then maybe later on a front bumper. just worried about the cost!

Yeah, OEM parts cost a pretty penny, but if you keep an eye out in the classified's you can usually get great deals on wheels and stok springs when guys upgrade to C/'s or something different

Looks like you need:
S4 front Bumper
S4 sides
Painted rear lower
I think those rims are DTM RS4 rims link
It wont be as low as that picture but you can pick up a stock S4 / A4 Sport Suspension dirt cheap
Best bet to find this stuff is to keep an eye out here and over at audizine in the classifieds. I know not that long ago someone was giving away an S4 suspension and I think I saw the RS4 DTMs up for sale a couple days ago too. S4 Front/Sides sell pretty quick and they're kinda pricey, but if you look hard enough you can get one

Yep to all counts. As for flip's comment, you'd also need one more gear
Installing the S4 lowers is actually fairly involved but not terribly hard. The parts (if you were to buy them all new from Audi) will run close to a grand (not counting the bumper, according to the DIY I read somewhere), but you could forego them and just paint your own lowers to match the rest of the car - it'd give you a close look. If you want to get OEM B5 S4 wheels, you can usually find them with tires for $500 or less - quick easy upgrade there.
