Those are pretty bad, but I've seen worse. Like these 22s on craiglist in Baltimore:

It looks like it has about 2 feet of ground clearance

^^^Yep, those are bad.^^^^ It does look a bit like a Humvee with all that clearance.

Agree, dude should have gone with 23"s.
