Default Unexplained Ticking (Video Inside)

This has started happening about 4 months ago and it doesn't do it daily, only once in a while. I've changed the oil recently and the filter, Could it be the CCT? or what? Car is a 1999.5 a4 2.8L at the end of the video the ticking goes away after I rev up to about 2500 rpms.

How is your Oil flow? Oil Pump. Is Oil getting up there. There are Tons of things that could cause that noise but I would start with Oil Level and so on.
