UpGrading factory intercooler hoses

Silicon/rubber hoses typically don't fail under stock boost levels. The only issue that we have run across with our shop is with cars that become 20+ years old on stock charge piping. I think these are not worth your time or money unless you are making your car for looks and not performance. Chances are, the replacement parts on eBay are lower quality then your 10+ year old stock charge pipes.

Well 2 of them are collapsing because of small holes that I had to use tape to wrap up.
Sorry for the confusion

Well first off a hose that is under constant boost pressure will not collapse, it can expand and thats not going to happen with a rubber or silicone hose.


Now a Turbo Inlet hose can collapse since it is under constant vacuum pressure.
