Do not follow the first steps that say to take the upper control arm bolt out... There is no need at all to do it and will make everything a lot harder. I swapped my suspension with vmaxx and it took me and my friend about 5-6 hours. Neither of us had any suspension experience. It's an easy diy, just takes a while so it helps to have some company.

I don;t know anything about VMaxx but since Stratmosphere sells them, they must be pretty good. Stratmosphere doesn't sell any crappy.

You should handle a little better because of lower the center of gravity. They supposedly use the same spring rates as stock. How low do you plan on going? You may want to cut the bumpstops if you want low. I'm a little under 23" ground to fender and most people would think it rides terribly. I cut my bumpstops and it helped a noticeable amount but it's still rough over bumps and such. You get used to it. It should be a comfortable ride if you don't want low.
