I would like to replace the vacuum hoses on my 1.8t but I don't really know how many there are and where they are.. could anybody do a quick paint drawing or something giving me an idea where the hoses are located ?

All throughout the engine bay...

 

start with the obvious ones, there is one connected to the top of the DV, there is one connected to the front of the intake runner, there is one toward the back of the intake

if i were you i would do a search because there has been a couple of people that have made writeups on this

 

maybe kayakman? idk
