Angry Vibration City and all kinds of noises

So about 2 months ago I was driving about 40MPH when the steering wheel started shaking so violently it almost shook out of my hand. After some investigation i found that my CV boot was destroyed and that there was road grime in the cv joint. I replaced the whole axle and had the wheel bearing changed just for good measure. As soon as I took the car for a test after all the new parts were in (about 40 min and at 60 MPH on the highway) all the sudden I get this clicking noise coming from the same wheel (drvers front). As the noise gets louder the car starts shaking (mostly the *** end) like the whees are falling off. I nursed it home and let it sit for a couple days. I took it out again and it was perfectly fine again until the car was driven at high speeds for a long time then I got the same thing, loud clunking and bad vibration from the rear. Did I mention that when I push the clutch pedal in that the noise stops and the car stops vibrating and as soon as I release the pedal it resumes? HELP!! I need answers. Could it be the axle that was replaced, could it the the dual mass, could it be the center carrier bearing??? Anyone seen this happen?

Have that wheel balanced. If you push in the clutch and it goes away makes me think it could be something simple like a engine mount or worse, loose clutch or flywheel bolts. However, if the clutch is the stock one, I doubt that's the issue.

I took of my driveshaft once on my quattro and had a bad vibration like that after I put it back on. I got it fixed and the technician said that it was put on in the wrong direction. Like it has 4 bolts for example and it has to go on on that same bolt. I guess its balanced to that part of the rotation or something.

I would check center support bearing on the driveshaft.

Snce when do you guys remove the driveshaft for an axel?

Didnt see the wheel bearing being changed the first time, could of been a bad bearing or install also.

Flywheel and center support bearing was my first thought too. Im ripping it apart in about 1 week to see what I can. I'll let you know what the fix is.
