Default Vibration during deceleration between 2500-3200 rpm

My car is a 01 1.8t quattro 5spd. He problem is that it vibrates between 2500 -3200 rpms during deceleration. If I put it in any gear & take it to anything above 3000 rpms and let off the gas when it hit around 3200-3000 rpms something starts vibrating. It almost feels like bad ujoints( i know these cars do not have them). If I tap the gas when it is vibrating it goes away. The previous owner just out a new snub mount, rear diff mount poly bushing, motul gear 300 trans fluid, and a Bailey motor sports dv30 diverter valve.

I don't know if any of these things have anything to do with it. They are just the most recent things done. Any ideas?

I read somewhere that this could be the flywheel. Is this possible? I also found a service record that said the car needed a flywheel& clutch. It was from awhile ago. Do not know if it was replaced. Clutch seems fine now. What would make the flywheel go bad or how could you tell if the flywheel is bad.

Could possibly be the poly mounts. My car has poly mounts and vibrates like a bitch.
