I tried it finally. I bypassed the n249 and threw no codes. It's easy. I was worried about a vac leak because of the opposite side of the valve is connected to the sap system. Just go buy some vac plugs and plug the dv and the intake vac sides and leave the thing plugged in. Please remember to re-hook the dv or bov to the intake vac. This method throws no cel. Drove it around and turned the caron and off a couple of times to make sure. Much better BOV or DV responses after the n249 is disconnected.
