Default Weird clicking/ticking?

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. I currently own a 98 Audi with the 30v V6 (Quattro) + 5 speed manual. I have a weird ticking noise. It's fairly noticeable when it's a cold start but seems to quiet down about 90% when it's up to temp. It's hard to hear it when it's up to temp. Here are a couple videos showing the noise.

Any ideas?

Does it sound like its from the rear of the valve covers? Its could also be an exhaust leak as they tend to get quieter as the metal heats up and expands. I couldn't hear the noise in the video on my computer.

It does sound like the rear of the passenger side valve cover. Could that be it?

Also for some reason it sounded a lot clearer on my cell phone's speakers. On my pc speakers it wasn't as clear

Most likely your cam adjusters from what you describe.. Not worth the money to replace them unless you have a fault code for cam timing..
