What did you do to your B5 today?
Yeah that thing is bad ***. I'm not a huge fan of the search feature on this forum. AZ is a tad better but not by much. I used to use Google and just add "site:www.audforums.com" to the search term but this is way better.

Thanks and enjoy!
Found a black 2001 1.8TQM locally on Craigslist with messed up timing belt for $2300... yes, California cars are ridiculous. But that's the cheapest I'd probably find one less than 15mins away. Hopefully going to check it out at lunch!
EDIT:
Just checked it out. Guy has the front of the car sort of in service position because his "mechanic" was supposed to remove the head to fix the bent valves. They never got close to removing the head, they just sort of unhooked everything. Body is in pretty good shape overall, normal scratches. The interior, however is SUPERB. It's a black on black pleather, and no rip in the driver's seat. The cluster has the normal messed up pixels, but this cluster is not original to the car... CARFAX shows the car should have about 90,000 miles more than the cluster indicates. Not a huge deal, but that means the car has higher mileage and the DMV will no longer list information based on mileage.
It pretty much has zero rust, which is good considering it spent its first few years as a Michigan car (then it moved to California). It has no radio, one of the headlights has broken tabs. Of course it has the typical ABS module failure.
I offered the guy $1900 since I don't know how it drives (wheel bearings, control arms, cruise control, driveshafts, etc.), and the other things I mentioned. Would make a nice project car though!
EDIT: (next day) there's some shady stuff going on with the title, so this won't be my next car.

Took this a coupla days ago, but forgot to post it. This is a video from my phone of a (my) bad SAI pump. You can hear it whistle at :10 when I turn the car on, then there's about a minute of unintelligible racket, then it whistles again when it shuts off at 1:12. Just thought it might be helpful.
