Just drove my car with the new ECU. It's like a brand new car! I should have done this a long time ago.

omgsh is the other half in the trunk

id say a stage 2 tune with full exhaust and down pipe counts as stage 2

lol nothing in the trunk now but the usual tools and fluids. Tune spikes at 18-20psi depending on what gear I'm in. Stock fueling still. 3" test pipe with a full exhaust, APR TIP and K&N cone filter. Breaths pretty good! I'm very pleased with the tune, can't wait to try out the anti-lag

You go with maestro? I forget, i just snagged a Maestro for the jetta. Im pumped, it sounds like a tune turns the 1.8t into a whole-nother animal

Got an ECU from a guy on the zine called k0mpresd. He writes his own tunes, dunno if he uses Maestro or what? I got an ECU with an 18psi tune, O2/SAI readiness, and anti-lag for $200

hes a big guy, he can clear codes and ****....a hacker if you will. I think its just a maestro tuned ecu that he does.

How exactly are you going to use anti lag with no gas lines hooked up to your manifold

It's obviously not full on WRC anti-lag, but he only charged me $20 to add it to the tune so I figured wtf. I'll prolly never use it anyway lol. I'll try to get some video of it and post it up.

your seriously gonna use maestro just for the stage 1 tune? ive suggested doing that to numerous people who plan on going bt in the future. sure maestro is way overkill just for stage 1 file, but if you plan on doing bigger things it makes all the sense in the world. keep me posted on how it works out. im not sure if the maestro stage 1 file is the exact same as regular eurodyne stage 1 file, but ive heard good things about the latter. im sure they are the same
