well there are 2 different ways to do it... u can do it like i did and go down to pepboys and buy two led lights for 10 bucks each and put them in and be done

or u can go through ecs and order the ziza kit for like 50 plus shipping and that is supposedly better... but mine work jsut fine and no warning indicator lights are on either lol

 

i got mine on ebay and they were like $5 shipped. i got the same ones as CCA4 since he linked me to them, they arent blue like yours but white which i like :P

 

well mine arent blue in person... they turn out bluish over the picture... remember its a cellphone pic lol, they are actually really white

You're absolutely right on that. For B5's, the Ziza lights on ECS are a waste of money. They have a resistor built into them to prevent the bulb out warning (since LED's draw less current). Since resistors produce heat, they slapped a heat sink on the back of them. Problem is, B5's don't have bulb out warnings for license plate lights lol. So like you mentioned above, you can use the cheap LED lights and you'll be fine. From what I've read, Audi didn't start wiring up the license plate lights to throw bulb out warnings until at least the B6 or B7 platforms.

 

If none of you try and race a little honda that revs his engine at you cause he thinks hes faster than any car?
And you have all these builds and big turbos, whats the point of having them unless you hit the track?
