What did you do to your B5 today?
I did a lot of cleaning. I removed the driver seat and the rear seat. I pulled the center console, a/c controls, buttons, and the radio. I found some broken parts I now need to replace. Now I'm going to remove the passenger seat and pull the carpet if I have time. If not ill just vacuum it and remove it tomorrow. Anyone have interior parts they want to sell me? I need an automatic shifter assembly and the surround that holds the radio and a/c controls. The place where the bolts go to hold it in are broken. I could also use the left drivers seat bolt cover and the track cover for the drivers right rear. Black carpet would be nice too.
I'm going to have to go find a vag com.And I thought of doing it like white or pink something, i agree it'd kinda be cool. I've seen it done before.
Go for it, but we gotta see pics!
Oh I ended up wiping the rubberized paint and am going to retry: I went on wayy to thick and looked weird. meh.
Your lucky I dont have your number, or I would be calling you about 12 times daily with random nonsense that I wonder about
Side note Catch Cans are dated technology. We're in 2011 not 1911!
I hope you know that clutch is a use and toss clutch kit, the flywheel cant be used with anything other then that disk. So when that clutch is done you remove both the clutch/flywheel and have to buy another set. It doesn't hold any more power then the stock clutch.

You can use any standard clutch kit when doing a tip to manual conversion swap. You will just need a bearing to put in the center hole of the flywheel to act as a pilot bearing.
