Went to the body shop today, dropping the b5 off tomorrow to have the door opened.

 

Glad I could coax some LAWLs out! I've seriously spent a good year looking for doors for this Audi, and was so glad I finally found some through Craigslist - again, that Craigslist character was a pretty shifty dude. I'm still mindblown at how easy a door swap truly is. I can't wait to get my next paycheck from Uncle Sam so I can order up those lower door mouldings, clear corners, test pipe, and smoke side marker lights from ECS.

 

ordered a rieger infinity lip. And the rest of my winter transfomation parts. Valve cover gaskets axles and a G2 from pes. And as soon as its here ill post pics of the build.

 

Where'd you get the G2? Excited to see a build thread for this!

 

i called pes direct for it. I dont do the middle man thing well.

 

drove my A4 14 miles down the backroads to a shop to get my master cylinder replaced.....yayy for handbreaks! and screw DIY!!

 

We'll see if you're still saying screw diy when your timing belt is due to be changed.

 

ya I bit the bullet on bringing it to a shop today cause i just don't have the extra time between this morning and tomorrow to get it done before hitting the road.....so quick edit....screw "this" DIY
