I set off the car alarm about 6 times today and I have just about given up on trying to figure out how to turn it off.

 

Did you lock the car with a window open? That usually does it...

 

Nope I was setting it off when I would unlock the door and open it. I found out the problem. Turns out the sensor in the driver door lock that tells the alarm to disarm was not working. I figured it out when I tried the passenger door and it stopped.

 

Just got my box from ECS. Replaced the lower trim strip on the driver's door, and I have a 710N waiting for a couple spare hours. Still waiting for the S4 suspension parts to come, then it's gonna be a hard day's wrenching. Maybe I'll finally run 220 out to the garage so I can use the air compressor and all those air tools I inherited...

 

Picked up a set of Thule roof bars, rail grabbers, two bike racks, 6 lock cylinders and 12 keys for $100

I didn't do anything, but just passed a b5 that had chalkboard black all over with a yellow hood on legit graphite wheels, lowered with what looked like 6k headlights. Almost went off the road staring at it.

Today I replumbed my pcv system and added a catch can

 

I installed the new Concert stereo from ECS Tuning, and now I have tunes again, woot!
