ok ive been looking around on AudiForums and i have found two different readings for the CEL code P1407 i believe unless they both in terms mean the same thing...

i just dont know what this first one means....

P1407 EGR Air Intrusion in Exhaust Supply to EGR Valve

and the second one is

P1407 EGR Temp.Sensor Signal too Low

 

It's a manufacturer-specific code, so you'll see a whole bunch of different ways to say it, but essentially it says your EGR or the lines to or from the EGR are clogged. What engine do you have? It's usually called a combi-valve or secondary air injection valve on VW/Audi.
