Mr Phil, he's been deleted from this thread (see above) and I'll be banning him once I check his post history and verify that he's worthless.
Edit - checked post history and he's been antagonistic in the past in addition to having some threads that add to various discussions. PM warning has been sent and I'll keep an eye out. Anything further antagonistic will result in s lifetime ban.
