I'm not sure what this hose is called. This isn't my car, just found the image online so I could ask you guys. I need to buy a new one since mine has been cracked, repaired, cracked, and repaired again by the loonie who owned the car before me. I believe this is the cause of the CEL. (I don't remember what the code is, and my wife has the car right now) I tried searching, but without knowing what it's called, I didn't have any success.

PCV breather hose or crankcase ventilation hose.

 

I broke that hose when I was replacing the valve cover gaskets on my old a4, ended up using electrical tape to tape it back together. Havent had a problem with it after that happened. Here it is: RockAuto Parts Catalog
