well I need to order my transmission for my 2000 a4 Quattro 1.8t but I cant seem to find out witch of the three autos I have. does anybody know where I can find this on the car. any help would be great.

 

The transmission code should be stamped on the bell housing. It should be one of these: EFQ,DTV,DDT,EFP, or EZS. It *might* also be on a sticker in the spare tire well. This sticker should have all of your options listed on it like paint color code, interior color code, engine code, etc.

If all else fails, you can to call an Audi dealership and give them your VIN number. They should be able to tell you which transmission your car came with from the factory.
