Are you using the factory head unit or an aftermarket?
At lower volumes, the Bose system has plenty (sometimes too much) bass...how do the Polk's perform? Do you have a separate sub?
no subs and ya the stock Bose is a little boomy sometimes. I love the Polk speakers and regret selling the other 2 of them because they would have sounded great in the rear deck on an amp oh and I don't have a sub.

At least buy some real subs... those are kinda low end.
