so do you drive WOT everywhere and only city driving, or is something wrong with your car?

i get about 25 city and up to 33 highway

 

I think my maf is shot. And cat is clogged. Once I replace the maf and gut the cat I should be back to getting good mileage. I cleaned my k&n the other day and gained a while 50 miles on a tank. So I get like 250-270 miles now

 

yeah jc61990 i clean my k&n it helped a bit and i cleaned the maf just cause i had the filter off anyways

 

I get about 330 miles per fill-up, about 23-24 mpg. Lately, I've been doing all city driving, so I get about 240 miles per fill-up about 17-18 mpg. I fill up with regular gasoline, low octane.

Low octane will not kill my car, the transmission problems I've been having of late may kill it though.

 

Next you're going to tell me you don't use full synthetic oil, and your coolant is green!

 

Ha, no synthetic here, I used a different type of coolant that came with a warranty I bought about 5 years ago.
