whats your gas millage like

i have the green coolent opps =[ i need to go to the dealer and get the good stuff

I thought the cheap green stuff was really bad for the seals and stuff in the system...

i have heard u can use it but its not surgested it's not gonna hurt the car its coolent haha it does the same purpose if that was true than ford couldnt use it but the red stuff is the only way to go if u want ur audi to run like it should

well just took a trip to camp, 10.0 gal in 93 octane, and got 250.2 miles out of it, bone stock 99 1.8t tip. and tonight i just swapped out the the paper air filter for an Amsoil Ea filter, so i'll keep ya posted if my mileage improves(which it should)

I get about 290/330 out of my 2.8 30V.

I used to check mine 2 years ago, and checked it again last week.

31mpg then, 31mpg now. Thats a European gallon though, 25 Miles per US Gallon.

1.8 NA engine, so would be more frugal than the 1.8T. And id say 80% motorway (highway) driving.

My car averaged 26mpg city, and 37 highway, that's with the original 220,000 mile 2,6L 12V.

Will be interesting to log some values with the 4,2L V8!

10l/100km. If you can make any sense out of that. Nice car by the way, Siena! Love your paint job, and of course.. the V8! Hard to get that rebuild approved in the UK?

No issues with the V8 conversion in the UK - it's still subject to the same emission regulations as the original car, or a V8.
