wheel bearing

Default wheel bearing

ok... so i know i have to replace rear wheel bearing for my 00 a4 quattro but the guys at the shop saying that i will need alignment too is that true or they just wanna make money from me because lest time i changed wheel bearing on other side i never did alignment...
any suggestions?

also any good brands for wheel bearings?

You may need an alignment they have to remove your spindle from your control arms to press the new bearing

if you mark your camber adjustment youll be fine. i didnt, and im still fine. i just got a bearing from a dealer so id have it that day, 65$. 50$ on ecs so whatever. did it myself in 2 hours

I did all of mine, I had the front alignment done but I never did the rear and Ive had no issues. I recommend replacing the spindle as well, mine turned out to be bad on the rear pass side and kept eating away bearings
