When is the AC fan supposed to run ?

When is the AC fan supposed to run ? My AC works fine but IDK... just never saw that fan actually running.

+1 I've heard its only when the A/C is on and I've heard its when the car gets too hot.

It should be above a certain outside temp when the AC is on... dont know what that magic temp is though...

Is there a fuse/relay somewhere? I tested it with direct 12v and it works
