http://www.awe-tuning.com/products/a...ctipchips.html

i assumed you have the 1.8t if not, the site is super easy to navigate, click Audi on the left, then a4, then B5 then it should ask for engine type.

the chip is found in the software section(obviously) not the transmissions section.

I want to build a putting and chipping area in my basement. I've seen really expensive options online ($500). However, I just want to put some basic turf down to kind of chip and putt on a rainy day. Where can I find some astro turf? I was thinking maybe Home Depot or Menard's might have it.

I didn't see "tip chip" on those though, it could be added in...

dumb question... maybe....

if you have the APR chip can the GIAC tip chip be added to it or would you completely have to go GIAC tuning?

the GIAC chip i linked, says it works with ALL engine chips.

and considering the tip chip is completely unaffected by the ecu chip id assume there would absolutely no problem.

the tip chip is meant to be used under pretty much all reasonable circumstances.

now i personally, prefer to stick to one brand for things like that. i was gonna go giac but it seems apr tends to look better over all my research and options. also i have a manual so im not restricted to a certain brand of trans chip. though there maybe more brands of chip i know there like 2 or 3 other brands of ecu chips.
