If you already have one-piece lights, the previous owner did the trimming for you. There are no one-piece head light housings for B5's that DON'T require trimming.

Actually... the Helix "devil eye" one-piece headlights are designed to work with prefacelift fenders without trimming. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case with FishEye's current lights.

None of the standard one-piece headlights will fit your current connector. They will all have the facelift-style connector.

I've got 2-piece projectors, but that's because prefacelift cars (like mine and yours) don't utilize the 3rd mounting bolt on 1-piece lights. My headlights have upgraded bi-xenon projectors in them that weigh a little more than the standard projectors in the 1-piece lights and so I need that 3rd screw for extra support.

Can't comment on the AC delete, I only know about the 1.8T...

i no longer run a/c, but im 06a block. i dont think it matters though. pretty sure 058 and 06a blocks have a single belt running the a/c line. in fact, im almost positive. just take it out. thats what i did. the shorter belt is needed for the fan delete.

****, just realized your 2.8. but some of what i said stands. just rip the a/c **** out and get a belt that fits.
