OK, I see the rear ashtray. I see the OBD port cover. I pull the cover and no port??? Umm. Anyone ever replace their OBD port on a b5 A42.8QT?

Under the steering wheel I believe. Around where your lower legs would be driving it.

 

If you are in Europe it doesnt use ISO OBD protocol..... so it wont work with any bluetooth adapter....(if that was your goal...)If you are in US..it uses OBD ISO protocol so you are good...

I wasted many nights searching why it wasnt working!
