When i go to put my b5 2.8 a4 into reverse, the car dies and the engine cuts off. Also it seems to be idling very roughly. This just happened this morning and i didnt really have any mentionable issues before today...any ideas?

 

Bad gas??? bad spark plugs.....

 

gas is fine... ill check spark pugs... any other ideas?

 

do you have any issues on higher RPMs... maybe fuel pump problem?

 

well now that this issues have arised its almost not driveable... though i was having some mild lower rpm issues now that i think about it about a week ago but then they just disapeared... when idling it would go from 1000 rpms to like 700
