Whitish Smoke

I have a 98 2.8 with 148000 miles and today i noticed that there was a small amount of whitish smoke coming from what i think is a area below both rows of spark plus. Please help me diagnose the problem!

From:

White smoke indicates water. Perhaps it was condensation?
