Ok guys here's the deal - we're still doing the meet. It'll be the weekend of May 18-20, one week after the original proposed date. Unfortunately I know it doesn't work for everyone, which sucks, but that can be made up for with the summer meet. So, here's a rundown. There will be:

Charcoal and gas BBQ grills
Deep fryers
Smoker
The pavilion, which we will again wire up with HD projection and surround sound. Drunken Guitar Hero will very likely be there too.
Tech work - we have a metric shitload of tools and the ability to tackle some jobs while you're here.
Salvage yard run - we usually do this and our yard has pretty good prices on just about everything.
Food - we can all chip in and get stuff or divide the supply list amongst ourselves - either is fine
Beer - BYO so everyone has what they like. When (not if) we run out, more is only 2-3 miles away

What I need - I need once again a commitment from those who are coming, to ensure there will be enough turnout to justify me fronting the campsite for the weekend with some guys unable to attend, we're looking most likely at $10-12 each for the weekend at the site.

So that's it - lets hear it in who will be here the weekend of May 18-20 and we'll book the site.

Update - commitments received from Nick (who said Alex can likely make it too), Tim, Terry, Buddy (osin34), Keith, Bill, myself, and Chris is gonna let me know shortly. Dave and Corey said to just let them know when it is (I have), Brandon said anytime is good for him, and Cory K is gonna try and make it for part of the time. This will be a good time.

Jont412, white96, Beau, and jonbonesjones - you guys in?

Excellent. By the texts I'm getting, this should be a great time.

Done. Good tip, thanks Don. I edited my first post in the thread on Page 1 to reflect the date change.
