Anybody have any idea why is my battery grounded in five places ???

 

It's one of those ground kits that are supposed to make more power. The theory is that the coils need a better ground to supply more spark or some crap like that. The only thing I have ever seen them useful in was Toyota pickups. For some reason Toyota can't seem to properly ground their engine and would have problems there. My theory is that is the engine has enough of a ground to turn the starter motor. Then it is probably ample for the rest of the engine.

 

My guess would have been extra cables for a high powered stereo system.

 

lol even a stereo system doesn't need extra grounds

 

maybe becasue stuff needs ground? lol or maybe theres no better place to ground than the battery.

 

Where exactly are the 5 grounding points on a 2001 Audi A4 1.6 petrol?
