if you're car isn't lowered there is a good chance that they will fit...
I am posative if you try to lower your car they will rub...
and if you don't lower your car, it will look like a monster truck...
the largest you'd want to go would be a 19" wheel...and 19's generally look huge on our cars...tho some people do pull them off...
I would suggest looking for a smaller set of wheels, like 18's...

In order to fit 20" rims with the proper overall height (diameter), you'll need a 255/25ZR20, which is a custom size. If you do land a tire that size, you'll need wheel spacers to prevent rubbing the struts and custom wide-body RS4 fenders to fit the wide tires.
If not, you'll have to stretch a 235/30ZR20 to fit that wide rim (not recommended), but you'll still be a bit taller than recommended.
Additionally, if you've ever driven a car with lower than 35% profile on the tires... the ride sucks. Rims bend easily. Tires bubble easily. Kidneys burst and teeth shatter. You're passengers won't even want to ride with you. And if you do bubble a tire, you're looking at $200-400 EACH tire for 20 inchers!
Unless the car was made to have rims that large, I wouldn't do it. You'll ruin the look and the ride of your B5 without a LOT of custom work.
