as long as everything lines up : coil holes, bolts to head: it will work. its just what its named, a cover.

Alright so I put it in! success. One thing, theres this black plastic thing that goes over 2 lifters and im guessing its for when you put oil in the car and it was broken? so i took it out, is this okay or am I in trouble?

yea i dont really see any reason it would crack other than age or it being installed out of place and a cam lobe catching it.

Is that cover painted or powder coated? I've been thinkin about painting mine and running without the plastic cover.
