Windows not working or the sunroof

ImTheDevil is right, your issue is not the vacuum pump but it is your central locking system or central convenience system ( depend on the model ) and the vacuum pump is part of it... I had the exact same issue before ( no power windows and roof ) but locks work fine .. I had to change the central locking system ... there is a pump and a electronic module in it ... sadly, the only way to find out is to test with a another central locking system ( easy to do but you have to buy the replacement part fist, or borrow one to a friend with the same car ) ... good luck

My 96 a4 sunroof works and my passenger side rear window works but the rest don't move any ideas?... I know passenger side front switch is bad but I was told it all worked fine a window regulator was changed and now it seems most of the windows don't work
