I was not sure about the rain sensor. Thanks for confirming. I have gotten my hands on the electrical schematics ans will be looking at the relays today. I'll let you know what I find.

Missing a relay

central electric #5 and #6

 

So this is my daughters car. Today as I began to tshoot the issues, she informs me that the day before this started, she hits a curb. So I pull the panel pull the intermitent relay. Plug it back in and everything works. So she jared it just enough to cause this symptom.
