The worst photoshoot ever
If the frame is tweaked then it will be totaled. Insurance companies will total a vehicle if the repairs exceed 70% of the value of the vehicle. So all you need to do is go to KBB or N.A.D.A. to get an estimated value of your car with similar options and then get a couple of estimates from body shops for the repairs and you should be able to determine if the car will be totaled or not.
I would say yes, it is totaled. I really feel your pain as my car is still in the process of being repaired from an accident that happened in the last week of Jan. Even though my car did not sustain as much damage as your, the insurance company still totaled it out so I bought it back and repaired it. Hope everything works out to your favor and just be happy that you are ok. Cars can be fixed or replaced but it's a little harder with people.

I really want to keep the wheels for the car i'm gonna get because i don't think they were damaged at all...... they are flik justices and they're pretty awesome and the rubber is still like 95% new
^^ and fred i remember seeing the pictures of your car on AZ when it was wrecked... glad its back up to speed for ya.. As far as my car, i couldn't even open the hood after the accident because of how bent up everything was. Both fenders, the hood, and bumper are obviously pretty mangled along with the radiator support and all that. I was able to look inside the hole where the left headlight used to be and it looked like the frame rail was pretty crooked. [:@]

Where is the car now? If it is in a shop, I would go there and out on the stock wheels and swap out as much stuff as you can if the shop will let you. If you have a lot of nice parts on the car, then you shouild consider buying it back and taking everything off and then parting out and selling the rest of the parts.
If it doesn't matter to you than just let the insurance keep it and get as much money for it as possible. The insurance company does not care about the car and they will let you take whatever you want off of it as long as you replace it with a stock item.

It's getting there, but my car was not as bad as yours and I had $7,500 worth of damage but $3,000 of that was in after market parts that I had to sue to get since the insurance did not want to pay. It's all working out but here is how the cars sits as of now:
Before:

Now:

So your car can be fixed, it just depends on the cost.
Right now it's sitting in my dad's yard. I'm on my way to go get a rental, then i'm gonna drive over there and get my wheels... Luckily i have the stockers so i can swap them out. The only aftermarket stuff the car had was the diverter and boost gauge, i'm for sure grabbing those too.

The mission you are on right now as far as getting things off of the car reminds me of Pirates of the Caribbean.
"Take what you can, give nothing back"
If you have the car, you can pretty much take whatever you want off of it because more than likely the insurance company is just going to send a tow truck to take the car away to a salvage yard where it will be parted out. You can take small things but nothing major like the motor or suspension.
