If you have the car, you can pretty much take whatever you want off of it because more than likely the insurance company is just going to send a tow truck to take the car away to a salvage yard where it will be parted out. You can take small things but nothing major like the motor or suspension.
Well thanks for your support and kind words everyone... time for me to hit the road and take care of business
Oh and PS... The rental car i got is a brand new v-6 dodge charger.. its cool but it's SO SLOW compared to my stock avant! audi power!! haha

Damn man, sorry to see/hear it - glad you're OK though. It sucks to have a crash like that - it happened to a friend of mine too - 19 year old female driver (newly licensed) pulled right in front of him like that, except he was on a motorcycle. Trashed the bike, threw him, gave him a concussion, wrecked one of his nuts, and put him in the hospital for two days. Glad it was better for you than for him.
On the side, if you want to get rid of the seats, I may have the buyer for you - a buddy of mine needs seats for his 96.

Sorry to hear about your car. It really sucks. I've dodged a few as well, but it seems like you can't stop them all...

that does look like its kinda bad. i would still buy it back like everyone is sayin. at least if its cheap enough to buy it back. parts cars are amazing man they come in handy so much if you got one. i wish i had one lol
