Fit? yes. Will they work? no. You have halogen headlamps so you need halogen replacements. You could get the full HID kit but your headlamps were not designed for them so you'd be blinding everyone else on the road. if you want HIDs upgrade to the stock 1 pieces and add the kit from DDM, kit is plug and play. Took me about an hour to CC mod and add this kit at the same time.

You should post your B7 related questions in the B7 boards. Its not to say you won't get help here, as evidenced by leighsean searching that DIY for you, but you'd get more solid answers from those that actually drive B7s. Plus Google is so easy to use, but I thought people knew that in 2010.
