You know your a B5er when you park with all the other BMW, Mercedes and Audi's away from other cars so no one dings your car. Then think to yourself I better park a couple spaces from them also..

You know when you're a b5 owner when you skip a meal just to have enough to fill your tank with 93 octane.. seriously I care about the car more than myself -_-

lol my transmission repair place called the audi dealers to enquire about type of fluid and price, no kidding it is NZ$51.70 plus 15% GST per litre which = $NZ59.56 per litre.
5l transmission oil from audi dealer = $297.28
bend over and get shafted for owning a euro car no thanks

got the filter and fluid and pan gasket replaced for the price audi would charge for the fluid alone.

makes me want to go back to a toyota or nissan again. my trusty old nissan gave up at 340km due to overheating, but the transmission never missed a beat, the more i read about audis the more there seems to be a lot of common and very expensive problems....

I like you're style, based on you list of owned cars.
I now have my b5, but I sold my Discovery for it (more or less). I loved that thing even though I was awful on gas and high maintenance.

I love my b5 just as much though

You know your a b5'er if it takes you longer to un-install and re-install the under carriage shield than it does to do a oil change. God I hate that thing
