Hey guys, So im looking at this 03 a4 3.0 it is in beautiful condition inside and out and has 120k miles on it..BUT the check engine light is on so I had the guy bring it to my mechanic to check for codes and no codes popped up..can someone please tell me what it could be cause I really like the car and if its not a crazy fix I want to buy it and get it through inspection

 

if the check engine light is on that means there are codes! take it to autozone and have it rescanned.
