Default 2002 A4 Sport Suspension Issues

I recently replaced the front struts and rear shocks on my 2002 A4 1.8 with stock sport suspension. I put on Bilstein shocks (recommendation from my father the mechanic). I also changed the rear brake pads and rotors. My first issue was that the rear shocks from Bilstein had to be custom made to fit my car that has the stock sport suspension. The ones they manufacture for this application were only available in Europe. Since I've replaced everything, the car is making some odd noises. It squeaks terribly over bumps, and this isn't the rear seat is unlatched squeak, this is definitely coming from the suspension. Second, the gap between the tire edge and the fender is about 3 times on the rear what it is on the front, so much so that I'm concerned the tires are rubbing on the felt liner up in the tire well. Any thoughts or suggestions on what I can do to fix said issues would be much appreciated. I think the rear spacing issue isn't with the shock, but more likely with the springs. If I need to change these I would greatly appreciate someone suggesting what to change them with. I really don't need the car to be lower, I'd prefer it be up higher actually, as we live in Montana where there's lots of snow and gravel roads. Low clearance isn't doing me any favors. All suggestions are very welcome.

Thanks!

Did you get the suspension used or new? Bilstein is a nice brand, props on your dad for recommending them to you. Also make sure you check your rotors and pads for proper fitment just to be sure is your springs. The stock sport suspension is a bit bumpy, but not too low, if is so low that the tire is almost rubbing, there's something wrong or something that you must have missed. I'm not a suspension expert but there's some other members here or over at AZ that do that a lot.

Did you ever figure out what cause the squeak of your rear suspension?
