has anybody done this before? Anythin i should be worried about when replacing it? Maybe some instructions out there?

 

The engine will need to be supported from up top , drain oil , remove lower pan , lock carrier in service position , unbolt a/c compressor , remove oil cooler housing , remove air pump , lower front of subframe , remove alternator , remove starter & after that it is a cake walk.

 

Sounds like a lot more work than I thought it would be. I guess maybe I won't attempt to do it myself.

 

I finally got around to doing it. The oil pump was kind of a pain. That has to come down too.

Got it done. got the car to turn on. Now I'm looking for some parts for the front end.
