2004 Audi A4 3.0 O2 Sensor issues
Hi there I am new to the forum but I had a question about my 2004 Audi A4 3.0 V6 O2 Sensor. I first had a check engine light come on then got it checked and was told it was the O2 sensor. I figured it wasn't that big of a deal so I figured I would wait till my next bonus to get all the work needed to it, but just tonight on my way home from work it started acting up. It felt like the car was going to "DIE" on me. Please if any one has info on what the issue is I am unfamiliar with these vehicles but I love mine and don't want to further damage the vehicle. Is this possibly related to the O2 sensor or is it probably something else? Any help would be great thanks.

2004 A4 issues
I started it up again today to see if the issue was still as bad as it was yesterday and the issue is the same it is like the car is lacking something such as possibly fuel issues or something that it's lacking. It only has 50k mi on it so I don't see why this issue has occurred I have done all the routine maintenance and I am honestly stunned on why this is occurring. Well I was told it could be a vacuum leak of some sort but not sure where to go from here. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Preferably check the codes, if you only p0421 OR p0431 and the car is acting up, you need to change the catalytic converter, also when the car is acting up look at the cats, make sure they're not red hot, if they are stop driving the car and get a new cats installed.
